Are other sizes/colors of shirts/sweatshirts available?
In many styles, yes. We don’t list every possible item since inventory can be quite limited at times. Many of the youth products that we offer also are available in Youth X-Small and Youth X-Large. The Youth X-Large is so close to an Adult Small (and those kids grow so fast!) that we don’t list it. Inventory can also be very limited for some safety green items and adult size 3X, 4X and 5X. If you need something and don’t see it on our site, let us know the garment type and color that you are looking for and we will do our best to locate it or recommend an alternate.
Can you print our logo on the items we purchase?
Yes, we prints thousands of shirts and ship them throughout the US for large and small companies and organizations. On our site we offer up to 3-color screen printing to keep things simple, but we can also do your multi-color logo. Send us the best image that you have and let us know what you would like it printed on.
How soon will I receive my order?
Our goal is to ship 99% of our blank orders within 48 hours. Most orders will ship via Priority Mail with a 2 to 3 day delivery time. We also use FedEx for larger orders. In some cases we will drop ship directly from one of our suppliers if they are closer to you. If you need it faster please contact us but keep in mind overnight and two day shipping cost can be extremely expensive. Screen printed orders typically ship within one to two weeks.
Do you show inventory quantity?
We show inventory only on discontinued, special or very limited items. We have multiple suppliers that we can obtain inventory from in one day if we do not have it in stock. If we are out of stock on any item and cannot locate it from one of our suppliers, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we anticipate inventory issues on a standard item, we will try to note that in the product description.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 per order for any U.S. order. This makes it easy for you to know exactly how much a garment will cost you. We do not ship outside the United States. U.S. Territories served by the U.S. Postal Service will incur additional charges.
Do you carry other brands?
We carry dozens of brands and have access to hundreds more. On our website we try to feature only the most popular items. If you are looking for a different brand or style and don’t see it on our website, please contact us. Minimizing the number of items we carry allows us to offer the best possible price on those items.
What if I need to return an item?
You may return blank t-shirts (not worn or washed) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Screen printed and customized items will only be replaced or refunded if defective or if we made an error in printing. We double count all customized orders, but in the unlikely event of a shortage, it MUST be reported within three days of receipt.
Please send us an email or use our contact form to notify us that you will be returning the items and the reason. If you requested a refund you should expect to receive it within one week after we receive the goods, however in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
